To be on the TCG board of
directors one must be engaged either as a performer in one of the
cowboy entertainment genres, or directly involved in agriculture.

Board of Directors are
non-compensated volunteers.

Board of directors will vote on,
and have a voice in projects taken on by TCG.

TCG will have three paid
positions consisting of manager, fund raiser, and auditor.

Salaries of these three employees
will be based upon thirty percent (30%) of *net donations to TCG split
evenly between the three employees.

*Ticket sales and monies donated
strictly for prizes are not to be included in net donations

Fund raising programs will
consist of direct contact solicitations (email, regular mail, telephone
calls, and personal contacts) to individuals, companies, and
organization for sponsorships, or advertising in the program for the
annual gathering in Van Horn, Texas. These solicitations will be
carried out by either the Sponsorship fundraiser (Evelyn Roper) or
Crossroads founder (Bob Kinford)/

Website donations will consist of
a) donations for “Title Challenge” prize money, b)general donations and
c) sponsorships levels from $25 up to $1500. all payable through PayPal.

TCG will have an Amazon Associate
account to sell books, videos and audio CD's of all performers selling
on Amazon.

TCG will guide performers in
having their books, videos and audio CD's listed on Amazon at no cost
to the performer.

TCG is an all inclusive
organization. As such no preference will be given to any performers
based upon number of years performing or "star status"

Any
performers showing disrespect for other entertainers, or discouraging
audience members from participating in the jam sessions will not be
allowed to sign up for two years

After
the 2012 Gathering in Van Horn, Texas, board members will refrain from
signing up to perform unless there are fewer than forty two (42)
entertainers signed up to participate two weeks prior to the opening of
the gathering in Van Horn, Texas.

Upon
the demise of Crossroads Founder, Bob Kinford, the board of directors
will hire a new organizer

If
at any time, Texas Crossroads decides to cease business, the money in
all accounts will be divided equally between the Culberson County 4H
and Van Horn Christian Homeless Shelter.
